Can I wash a carpet with washing machine? – Yes, but please use only a wool suitable washing program, otherwise you will risk damaging your carpet. You can also look to instruction guide under product in our menu.
If I am allergic towards dogs, and you often have a dog on a carpet? – please let us know about that before ordering a carpet, and we will ensure your carpet is being done in a remote distance where no dogs are nearby.
What if I would like a carpet but I don’t like the color set or I need a different one? – please send us a message with your custom carpet and we will make a carpet for your according to your request.
Can I use a carpet in a bathroom? – Yes and no. Yes if you keep in mind that a woolen product is not a good match in a bathroom and that a humidity may result in a faster deterioration of your carpet. No if you would like to have your carpet in the best quality and all advantages a wool can give you.
What if I have a cat at home? – a woolen carpet and a cat is a tricky thing. If you take care you cat has short clutches and has enough its own playing space, you will not have a problem then.
Can I use a vacuum cleaner to clean a carpet? – yes you can use a vacuum cleaner but please make sure a cleaning brush is switched off (inside mode, not a usual outside mode for a wooden floor).
Is a carpet soft or rough? Yes and no. For some people a wool is a rough stuff, meanwhile for others it is a soft material. Basically wool is a soft material compared to a synthetic fiber.
